Two aging gentlemen discuss the Heathrow news
And ponder how expansion will be going.
They blame the government for budgeting abuse
And disapprove unnecessary growing.
They are in their 80s, and as such
Are both unlikely to observe the changes,
Yet, they're concerned and complaining much:
Good citizens, disliking chains and cages.
They think ahead, planning for decades,
Although their own lives will finish sooner,
They operate remote and abstract dates,
Forgetting death in their world sublunar.
It's good to think and plan beyond our lives,
So that society continues and survives.
