Psychology attempts to treat distress
And promises some cures for distressed:
Discussions recommended for obsess'd,
And exercise for violent and restless.
But stress has always been a sign of move,
Accompanying efforts and achievements;
Why would one want the stress to be remov'd?
Would it improve our sense of self-fulfilment?
We have to maintain the inner core,
Integrity of "stiffer-upper-lippers" -
That'll help us to survive and to restore
The balance that's unknown for the weepers.
At every plane of this mundane existence,
Choose right behaviour and level of persistence.
