There is no question: what is made is art;
The question is: how good its level should be
To be deserving even a tiny part
Of our time on Earth, consumed shrewdly?
While some of them pretend to entertain,
And others puzzle by non-existent substance,
The most of them just fail to maintain
Aesthetic skills required of masters.
A lot of art, despite reviews, is bad;
Conceiv'd by drive for honours, fame and money;
No praise of critics is amending that,
However hard they may be truth denying.
Let any art exist, but learn to know
Which one is placed high and which is low.
