When feelings are intense and cause your pain,
When every move is filled with emotions,
When those emotions muddle your every day,
And you are hurt each time without a caution;
When you attempt transform that into art,
When art becomes the only route to freedom,
When it releases something dark and hard,
Yet, puts your soul into a calmer kingdom;
When you've express'd what call'd to be express'd,
When this releases the sickening obsession,
When written lines remove that painful stress
And bring detachment from remaining passions;
Enjoy some time without need to write -
It will return tomorrow, burning bright.
