Boris Dudin - the host of "The Musikalnaya Gostinnaya" on Radio Prestige 101.7FM offered the newest professional releases by Val Belin. On the second broadcasting Val demonstrated the compilation of blues standards from the latest officially recorded master CD and first 1000 professional copies of Crom Dioxid - cassettes in the august of 1995. Relatively speaking, there was presented one of the best solo project by Val Belin & Belinov Blues Band - Just Like I Play - 95. The tape was recorded on the Sankt Petersburg's label Petromix, under the auspices of the director of the session Yana Kobzeva (former BBB's manager) As a part of the crew of that period represented the legendary pianist Andrei Kondakov (All-Russian prestigious jazz festivals participant and director of JFC Jazz Club). In these works, Val opens his gift as a melodist, arranger and stylist, organizing the whole palette of the small group, consisting of the second keyboardist Alexei Samarin, bassist Oleg Tarkhov and drummer Garry Bagdasaryan, in the organic grooves, virtuoso solos and original harmonies, allowing the soloists Belinov and Kondakov to speak in a modern blues language, saving an authentic spirit of style.
