I don't like birds of prey
I fear they'll rip my body apart
Dig their talons into my neck.
I grieve my beloved brother today
He is no longer with us, he left.
His baritone sounded strong in my life
Through his soul of Hymenaios he sang.
The day of reckoning came
He stopped singing that day
Terminal illness took him away.
Too soon this star has faded away
Pain torments my soul, hurting me still
He was always like a lighthouse to me...
Oh my beloved brother, my family,
Today I despair, I'm drowning in tears.
