I'll never tell you that the time I met you
Was like a candle burning in the night.
And I won't say I never could forget you,
However long, however hard I tried.
When we're apart, you don't know how I miss you,
The day is like a song that has no words.
I won't exchange a single moment with you
For any wonder in the universe.
What if the end is near and all is breaking?
The light will die away, I'll have to go.
Perhaps you just don't care, and I'm mistaken...
