Already a year since I've retired.
Got up in the morning, slowly...
There is no hurry.
Lips touched a smile.
No charts to review,
No gifts to receive ...
Although it is Nurses Week...
My uniform hang in the closet,
as is , since....
But that's one consolation.
Phone calls I am gladly receive.
Especially from nurses I worked with.
From relative of patients whom I took care.
From friends , they are somewhere there ...
Have a wonderful nurses week !
Love you all !
