Bir qiz bor… ismi – Zulfizar,
Shu nomli qizlarni ko’rmadim…
Qanchalik betakror va go’zal,
Ko’zlari umidli va g’amgin.
U - quyosh chiqqanning zulfi,
Ertalabgi nozik nurlar,
Meniki bo’lmagan gulim…
U - astar… ismi – Zulfizar.
Her name Zulfizar
There is a girl, one calls her Zulfizar…
I never heard such melodious names.
She’s like some unique peerless flower,
Gold locks of the sun which just now came,
She’s like a diamond with thousand verges…
The verges of beauty, of glee and delight,
The verges of kindness… She smells of berries
which are well hidden by windy nights.
