My emotions bit the dust.
I no longer had feelings to him.
To tell you frankly I was never crazily in love.
But I respected and trusted him.
He humiliated me not only with bad words.
He smacked me with all his might.
Though he was standing on his knees,
begging my memory to erase
what he'd done.
I knew already so well-
it was the end and nothing could change the situation now.
