Я пью, я сегодня в угаре!

      Был счастлив прочитать близкое мне по духу стихотворение о питие в бытии.Это здорово,что наши русские женщины и коня остановят,и выпьют так,что мало не покажется! Вот я и написал свою рецензию на крик души:

И,наполняя свой бокал,
Желая будни неудачам,
Моим несчастливым годам,
Я пью его,ничуть не плача!

Пусть не сбылись мои мечты,
Судьба моя не стала Вашей,
И Вы не перешли на ты,
Подняв высоко кубки наши!

Пусть я любовь не пролила
Священной кровью и расплатой
И с Вами рядом не была
Из жалости или некстати!

Я поклонюсь судьбе своей
За то,что Вы мне стали другом
И самым близким из людей,
Не перейдя границу круга!

Я пью бокал сейчас до дна
За то,что Вас я не забуду
Ни в буднях,ни в красотах дня,
Когда я счастлива вдруг буду!

И пусть сегодня я в ударе
И пью за всё,что впереди,
Я знаю,что в своём угаре
Стою на грешном я пути!!! ,

В безудержном пьяном угаре
 Стою я на грешном  пути.

                COMPLAINT-REQUEST

   Dear Sir/Madam!
  My name is Pavlo (Pavel) Gorbunov. I am a customer of Sovereign, I will split text in 2 parts: introduction and request.
                INTRODUCTION
  Dear Sir/Madam!.My English is not very good and I can be writing in some stage unusual with more remarks than necessary .Sorry for my style of letter.
  1.I was living as single person(alone) in NZ from 2008. From that time I was only person which made payments for home loan. I did have wage less than 15$/hour. To pay to Sovereign for property and all related expenses I was needed to work about 70 hours per week and 6 days in week because all costs were about 30000$ in year. Because my wage was not enough I was taking several personal loans from friends, total more than 25000 in 3 years. Even now I did not pay back to my friends several thousands dollars. I have supportive documents about it.
  2.I did hate life in that time. I was very tired, I did have huge stress and shock and 2 times I did have attempts of suicide. I did not want to live because I did not have money after my payment to Sovereign. I think that my medical file has information about heart treatment in hospital and with authorities of mental house. Hard to say those things to you...
  3.I did find in 2009 that Sovereign from June 2007 was taking directly from my bank account nearly twice more money than it must be.
  4.After that I was asking Sovereign to give me information about my home loan's terms and conditions for the time after June 2007. I am still waiting the answer on my REQUEST about it nearly 7 years now. Yes, Sovereign in that time sent to me copy of home loan agreement dated by 2005 but not copy of contract dated by 2007.
  5.As I understand Sovereign did not give me true answer because Sovereign does not like return money back to me, does not like to compensate to me all my financial losses related to shortage of money on my bank account.(For example: I can not to start attempts to have money from I.R of NZ as tax return for 9 years or from CSA of Australia after overpayment in their address about 25000 from 2007 till 2015,and I paid only to ASB several thousands of dollars as fees for credit spending etc.)
  6.From 2011 to 2015 I did have several meetings with Kiwi Bank's managers for giving me home loan on the bases as 1,5% interest rate less than I did have with Sovereign. Our meetings were official and we were discussing real terms and conditions for me.
  7.I was visiting lawyer recently and I have advice from him to collect all information about my payments and contracts with Sovereign before he can start legal actions against Sovereign.
  8.But because I am a long time customer of Sovereign I like(want) to resolve my problems between us before the applying to authorities which were mentioned in this letter.
                REQUEST
  Following the Official Information Act, my rights as a customer, fair trade rules I am requesting now answers for next questions:
  1.Did you sent before on my requests in my address copies of documents which can prove you rights to calculate money on the base of terms and conditions and take it from me(from June 2007 to January 2016) in direct manner for home loan?
  2.Did you informed me from June 2007 to January 2016 about real levels of any kinds of rates in Sovereign which were available for me too to give me right to make decision for economical choice of terms and conditions?
  3.Do I have rights to make my own choice for terms and conditions of home loan with Sovereign? How I can do that decision when I have not prepositions(information) from Sovereign?
  4.Give me by post verified documents about all rates,terms,conditions for home loan in Sovereign from June 2007 till January 2016.
  5.Cive me by post verified copies of documents which can prove your rights to take money from me for period of time from June 2007 till July 2010 on the base of fixed terms and conditions.
  6.Give me by post verified copies of documents which can prove your rights to take money from me for period of time from June 2010 till January 2016 on the base of floating terms and conditions.
