The Shadow

I am standing behind your back
And my back is erect like string
Bowtie is around my neck
Say to me what again to bring

Like a shadow your guilt is mine
But why didn't you notice yet?
I am happy if you are fine
I am sad if you are upset

But when you turn the light down low
Like a shadow I leave your way
Holding back all the tears and glow
I must wait for another day

So I fade and I stop to bloom
But sometimes when the evening falls
I see you entering my room
As you start to reply my calls

And the shiver that moves inside
And the extasy overcomes
When the moonlight is shining bright
You are falling into my arms

In the morning the sparkles cut
All the darkness and all the gloom
Breath is freezing inside my blood
I wake up in my empty room

I again simply fell asleep
Tired full after all that day
And my dreams were extremely deep
But the morning had made me pay.

Next to me only blanket lies
Snow white as your naked chest
As the clouds up in the skies
No more time then to have a rest

Let the snow begin to melt
Let me feel all I never felt
