Hurting time song

Let us raise the curtain just a little bit--such an old and heavy coulisse
That's the kind of time that used to be--
such calm and even time, just look, oh Alice
BUT:
didn't care enough for time the happy ones,
and on purpose slowed down the time cowards
rushed and pushed the time noisy ones
needlessly were killing time lazy ones
and the wheels of time due to rubbing wore down--
everything by rubbing gets worn down
and it really hurt the time, so it wound its pendulums down
and so the midnight never struck,
everyone waited for the noon--the wait was endless
that's the kind of time that arrived: such nervous time, behold, oh Alice!
THEN
scaredly looked at the ttime the happy ones
started singing blues the cowards
quickly shut their big moughts the garrulous
all together yawned and fell asleep the lazies
put some oil on wheels of time--for the good, if not for prize--
for it's suffering and hurt by rubbing
We should never hurt the time;
for it's sad and hard, to live in troubled time..
