Sky Project

Creating this project requires much time and a lots of effort. Developing it, I'll just have to see would it be of interest for you.
This article is a part of my literary activity (© SkyRussian and  © Russian Ukrainian). I begin publishing brief theoretical descriptions of the project to see the degree of your interest. If it would be high the project will develop quickly. If it would be low the project will develop slowly. I'll wait for your feedback, my dear readers and followers!

So, the base of my project is MMFS and MPRU.

1. MMFS and MPRU.

MMFS - Multipurpose Modular Furniture System, or just
MMF - Multipurpose Modular Furniture
MPRU - Multipurpose Public and Residential Unit, which combines
MPU - Multipurpose Public Unit and
MRU - Multipurpose Residential Unit, or just
MF - Residential Unit.

Minimal unit dimensions (length x width x height) in meters - 4,5 x 3,0 x 2,5. Area is 13.5 m2
Standard unit dimensions (length x width x height) in meters - 5,0 x 4,0 x 2,7. Area is 20 m2

In principle, the unit can be of other sizes. But I propose to build social housing on the basis of these dimensions.

2. District "City in Town"

The basis of new constructing is in erection of residential buildings of multifunctional destination with the highest number of small apartments on each floor.
In conjunction with the storeys of public purpose, special arrangement of transition between adjacent buildings and the placement of retail and office space on the lower floors. The feature is accommodation modules between them, special openings allowing to collect from a flat or office, for example, any number of rooms until the entire floor.
Another feature is ability of interconnection by the vertical. And convertion (returning) to its original state of being separate.
In each building, but rather in a small complex of interconnected buildings, for example from three to six, can be situated all the necessary structure for the life of the city. In the area of standard small district in any city of Russia can be built complex of residential buildings and service infrastructure for the twenty - thirty thousands of people! All the inhabitants of this city within a city can complete a full cycle from birth to death.
What can include such a district besides the residential buildings? They are:

Maternity hospital, clinics, hospitals and other medical institutions.
Kindergartens, schools and other educational and training institutions.
Stores, pharmacies, shopping centers, cafes, canteens and other service enterprises.
Hotels, government departments (councils), and even jail and crematorium.
Compact parking (storage of vehicles).

3. Landscape Transformations in Russia.

Districts "City in Town" can be surrounded by a system of special landscape formations, some of which would represent parks including elements of sports and entertainment destination. And some of which I would call a new type of Collective farms. These new "kolkhozes" would allow to solve the issue of living in densely populated areas, like suburban and rural infrastructure, and not to spoil the landscape and perfectly to fit into the suburban landscape of the city.
Specially for our dear Chinese and Indian partners!
The basis of the modular construction of a compact housing for rural residents - ecovariants of mini-houses and even micro-houses on the base of the same MMFS and MPRU.

4. Welcome to the Sky Russia!

There is a special project of the combined constructions based on MMFS and MPRU allowing to build  houses for families with up to 60 people the area up to six acres! Without violating any landscape or raising of the high-rise buildings or any disturbing the neighbors. Perhaps it will be useful for the owners of the plots who would like to make them such as mini-hotels.
