Are the work and home different thing?

This is story about Mr. Thompson,
Who is leaving home in the morning,
He says “Goodbye” to his family:
To the wife and to his children.

He has two boys, small children
And has two girls, who are older than boys,
They raise up their hands
And show smiles on him.

Mr. Thompson works in the library,
There are many books for a lending,
Many stories are interesting,
Many stories are about different things.

On the wall we can see a notice,
A notice says “Silence,”
But some people do not understand it
And Mr. Thompson explain it for them.

Some men were doing much noise,
They were laughing talking and joking,
But Mr. Thompson is beginning to look angry
And what is he pointing at?

The men stopped talking at once,
They are reading silently now
And Mr. Thompson got satisfied,
And Mr. Thompson was pleased then.

But silence in the library was not for a long time:
Two women are coming into the library now,
They are gossiping about fashion,
They are talking about other things.

What is Mr. Thompson doing?
Is he speaking to the women?
He is standing and pointing on the notice
And the women disappeared rapidly.

The next, who come, children were,
They come out of school,
They think, that they can walk into the library,
But Mr. Thompson quickly disillusioned them.
