Why
Why do people say no when they mean yes
Are we afraid to expose ourselves
Why are we our own emotional jailers
Are we so afraid of exposing ourselves
Of getting hurt
Why not let other people in
We have only one life
And it is short
Why do we so quickly build barriers with lovers and friends
Yet with strangers we are free…
Are we free when we put up barriers
Isn’t freedom letting the light in
Exploring “freely”
Freedom is Learning – having new experiences - Sharing ourselves?
Or is freedom the right to build walls
Are we so needing to be right - whatever that means?
Are we so afraid to be wrong
That we refuse to change
Is changing your mind a bad thing ?
Is growing – changing bad ..
We are not perfect … maybe we need change to grow…
