Fairy tales don't end in such a terrible way,
Even the scary ones end happily for the hero...
The hero is never suspended, unable to take in any air,
And two aren't divided - by zero.
Don't let it happen, please, High Heaven,
Don't let it happen this way and with me,
Please make it happen on any day later,
No hope for a happy end, just how it should be,
But just a bit better, just a grain more sane...
What if on the next try, we can save all?
This is incorrect: being numbed by pain,
This is incorrect: having no purpose at all.
This is a finish, an end. As in highway travels,
When you are suddenly finding yourself at a dead-end lane.
There are no endings like this in fairy tales,
Human fates always end only this way.
