Soul cancer

I got horrible cancer, they don't live with this kind
got most horrible cancer, i hear they don't live with this kind
cause it's the worst type of cancer you can possibly find
now, there's cancer of brains, cancer of bones
cancer of flesh, of blood, and then there's kidney stones
but this one's totally different: i got the cancer of soul!
now, what's that, you nay ask?--and the answer's not tough
i just can't take anymore of this world, think i had enough
and what's worst: i don't know if anyone love me, but i got no one to love
so if you got a little compassion, give me yourself to hold
if you wanna save somebody, save me by giving yourself to hold
this ain't much to ask for, and i'll pay you back manyfold
cause if not, then ill die from this cancer of soul
yeah, if i don't get to hold'ya but for a minute,
i'll die from the cancer of soul
cause a man can't live if he have no one to hold
