BE FOREBEARING
If you want to change another human being, then it is as if you wanted to teach a cat to bark! This may take time ... you'd rather leave it. The only person you can really change, that's yourself - and even THAT is not so simple. So be forgiving towards others and do not be too hard even on yourself. Life seems to have great pleasure in accomplishing the task of change in all of us. It often leads us ways that we never would have chosen ourselves. Change happens in this process called life - in which direction the change turns has something to do with our reaction. I try to see the hand of my Creator in everything that happens, to just hold still and let Him do His work in me. All things that I encounter in my life then serve me to become the person whom He had in mind, when He gave me my life.
