Kay Starr – a gifted performer of jazz, country, blues, pop.
She kept pursuing her musical dream and ambition nonstop.
In the 1940s-1950s Kay had reached her fame, popularity.
Distinctive is her husky voice, stage presence, individuality.

Each song for Kay was story told with feeling and emotion.
Her style of blending lyrics and music offered novel notion.
Starr manifested will, courage, determination, versatility.
She showed with her performances a world of possibility.

Kay sang various genres, receiving an acclaim, recognition.
She had successfully pursued her predetermined mission.
Her talent and enthusiasm won audiences, brought success.
Starr was the star, accomplished singer and nothing less.

On July 21st Ms. Starr celebrated birthday, her special day.
We wished her happiness, fulfillment, health to never fade.
Thanks for her contribution to the music field and dedication.
