somewhat frozen roofs

little people dancing on the roofs in funny
shoes and slightly grimy sweaters
they catch snowflakes into their tiny
mouths and scream aloud some dumb refrains.
who knows, they may be like magicians: as proud of themselves
and very cosy. They're letting down their long grey beards
to help the yardmen to clean up the streets. And
while you sleep they're looking through the windows
to watch your dreams occured on your face.
you've never seen them? not once
even?
i think you'll never raised your head
upwards.
