How should I start this friendly letter?
Hello will do, and then how are you?
My dearest friend, so few have ever
Been nice to me the way you have.
I thank the heavens every time.
We met at last, that day for coffee
And ever since I have in you
Just everything I could’ve asked for.
I am sure the years won’t wilt our friendship
Instead it will just grow and prosper.
And over years we’ll laugh, we’ll cry
My dearest friend, I am blessed to have you.
