This fall reminds me of you incessantly
And this cool wind is a refreshing chill.
The sounds of nature reverberate pleasantly
In everything about you I remember still.
The leaves are falling, it’s symbolic and sad
Like a reminiscence of the days we had.
The cold and wintry days are still ahead,
And my memories are like a thin thread
That connects me to the distant day,
When you were beside me, but went away.
