Negative Karma Reduction?

Get a lot of invitations to attend fee based seminars and even shamanic circles, where, it is promised my karma would be changed, improved, and loud and bright names of double activation and changes of destiny: all in positive direction are thrown at me.
 As opened my mind is, would, frankly, share this.
Have zero trust and see zero value in those promises by those who may believe they live a spiritual life, helping people, while can’t even help themselves to understand the basics of spirituality.
One thing is be spiritual and another – to play that role.
Only the individual by his, own hard work can change outcomes in his life and his karma.
Not paying for those circles or seminars but doing right things.
I slowed down my tempo even with the sacred circles, as gained enough insight to see that some shamans don’t have the moral backbone to conduct the ceremonies in truly sacred way, while do it more for money and convenience.
Honesty in everything, particularly related to sacredness is crucial.
Integrity by a promise, by the inner, moral foundation are the real strength.
While the medicine does what it can by virtue of it, being able to raise our consciousness, it is up to us what we choose at that state and after.
These shamans and organizers of the circles and seminars can’t give what don’t have themselves.
Morals and deep comprehension of what’s going on is more important than, simply, learning the technique and rituals and, then, bringing it to people.
Coming back to those who promise to negate negative karma of others. I have only one request to you then. Show by example, negate your own karma, and only then, make promises to others.
I get deeper and deeper into healing, as the sacred medicine is teaching me now directly but do not dare making promises; only, simply, share and do the best can, realizing that light, itself, would do the transformation.
I have to find a way how to let it in myself first but, definitely, not to tap into somebody else’s karma.
Helping them to get balanced – yes, sharing knowledge – yes, sharing that positive aura that able to accumulate – yes, but not playing god and trying changing fortunes, as everything is cause and effect – not miracles.
We all rip what have sawn. Change the seeds and the harvest would change accordingly. But make that work of planting, nourishing, and growing.
A true healer can help nourish that too and assist to avoid making certain mistakes, but not to miraculously change the harvest from the wrong seeds.
Work on right seeds and right karma would grow out of it but, repeat again and again, do seek help but: PLANT AND WORK YOURSELF!
