Where're your promised words of love, slipping off your tongue?
I've been smiting spiteful beasts, saluting you at countless feasts,
I've been praising out your name as If it was mine.

And everytime you broke my heart I was trying to re-start.
Everytime when you said 'No' I was going on to go.

That's why I still remind my mind that it wasn't hard to find
