Sunshine melody

Warm sunshine rays caress half-naked feet of mine
While I`m revelling in golden sweet delight,
I`m stepping slowly not to stumble over a fortune sign,
I`m happy `cause you`ve brought much bliss in lonely life.

For many years I was lost in reverie,
I was a sightless kitten lost without mother`s love,
You`ve brought the vital oxygen I breathe -
The only drop inhaled was enough.

I lost my vigours in a stressful fight,
I almost was defeated and unarmed,
Approached the darkest tunnel in a search of hope light
When I was given red alert by battered heart.

I love the distant fragrance of the foreign lands,
Arcane tunes of restless birds in morning glee,
I love to wake up kissing slowly sunburnt face
And sing mallifluous sunshine melody.

You kiss me once - I do it twice,
The love you give is doubled to disperse the gloomy days,
You`re like a bird to sing for me in deep blue skies,
You`re like the green light through my tedious way.

I love to see when sleepy eyes in morning look at me,
To feel when tired bodies cuddled to each other,
I love to sing with you my morning sunshine melody
And know you are my restless all-time lover.
