The ballad of eagle
the proud and splendid one.
Between the rocks he freely fly
before the circle of sun. (x2)
The rock's forbidding and the wind
of North is so stubborn,
but he's the irresitble king
of every piece and gore. (x2)
And once I asked the king of cliffs:
"You look assured and strong,
And any prejudices and fears
don't you dependent on? (x2)
You're so exposed, what can be worse
except the ruthless winds,
the rain which bring self-willed storm
can paralyse your wings!". (x2)
He said with a piece of irony:
"I'm not so fearless.
And prejudice will make you feel
you live in a wooden chess. (x2)
What makes me free among the cliffs -
it isn't hard to try", -
he said: "Be stronger than your fears".
And vanished in the sky. (x2)
