the extensive manual on writing modern poetry
Nowadays
writing poetry
is rather a simple matter.
There are plenty of various means
to provide you an aid:
Google and online dictionaries,
Wikipedia & rhyme finding tools -
ancient Muse couldn't give you
such a lavish, rich help.
Today you have only
to write down your
brilliant idea and let the
omnipotent omnipresent
cyber intellect do for you
all the rest routine work
to turn it into an
evergreen masterpiece.
It will help you to manage
the meter and build
perfect rhymes it will
assist you with nearly
any form. Haiku or sonnet,
rondo, sestina - you
will pen all them with
no appreciable effort.
But…
but if you are lazy enough
OR
really stupid
to use any system of poetry aid
OR,
what today is really impossible to imagine,
you have not an old notebook
OR
not connected to
internet
you still
can appear a significant poet
even much easier
easier and sooner then ever 't was possible
by choosing delightful
choosing
so wonderful
choosing most whimsical style
known as "free
verse"
now you don't
need to
worry of meter you
need neither to rhyme
nor rhythm and
you even have not
to exploit any form
all you need is to write
down a whole heap of
words break
the lines at
any
position preferably
at the
most unpredictable point
then to make it tune
spicy
to make it
look super
feel mystifying
you should pile
mass of cool words and
set them
in a pretty
eccentrical manner
never o never
use
neither CAPITALS
nor punctuations
or put them at, any, !wrong! place-

try to
always be _F.R.e.A.k.Y_
as much as it possible

and
you will be soon recognized
as a really <cool> poet
now all you need is to
follow this guidance
strongly adhere
to these principles
and believe in
exclusively bright

genius
of yours
trust me
some day
on this way
soon or late
you'll for sure
get
