The day has thrown it’s perfect curve
Despite the cloudy start
The girl has got the joy and the verve
To tear the world apart
The day shines and blows through curtains
Prying into the storm
That the future will bring for certain
To defeat the norm
Smiling through the white sash window
Nothing’s left to hide
And the rainbow readily twinkles
It will be all right
