A little too close to get drunk,
A little too much to avoid,
A little too tired to keep your word.
A little too young to be wise,
A little too smart to be nice,
A little too sure of your path,
A little too blind for thinking twice.
When you're crossing the border
how far will you get
from yourself?
There's no point in being upset.
When you're chasing the sunset
how long will it take,
waking up?
There's no cure in being upset.
Releasing your grip'll bring you luck,
or you will just keep getting stuck.
