Until the gong of mission bell
We are to love, be kind and spell
All principles of human culture,
Its architecture, art and sculpture,
Its literature, skill of sports
And languages of different sorts.
She's sown the seed in fertile soil.
In songs of hers it wouldn't spoil.
While tasting such a dashing quote
It's nice to represent a note.
Who will compose a nice song
Of lovely girl who's gone long, long,
Long time ago? I don't sway
To say:
The second Hamingway
Will never be born among us,
Возможно жить всего лишь раз...
She-Eagles sing in souls of ours.
To be born twice s'beyond our powers.
Just once a year the ochards bloom
To live one time we all are doomed.
One term per life,
