Thanks to my blindness

She's been giving me signals for years,
Like sprinkler water shower flirts,
Like snowballs hitting my cold face.
Did I react? I missed the race!

No way I thought those things were signals
To pay attention to herself,
To tell me damn clear certain statements,
That I should stop being myself!

She thought like: "Damn you man, react!",
But I just stood and smiled and all
And didn't go in for contact,
That's why we came to this finale.

So then I'm listenin' different music,
Like mostly lovesongs, blues and cries,
And thinking over: "Man, you're stupid!"
For being blind, I say goodbyes.
