She never let her feelings show
She's calm - she's crying inside
She never has her eyes aglow
She's shying away from light
She only knows the single way
And tho' she craves for love
She fears being hurt and nay
Roses throw down the glove
However 'lone she's strong enough
To bravely walk the path
And go ahead if things get rough

She finds her peace alone again
Her tears be never seen
Being safely hidden in the rain
I know what they would mean
She aims at north above the sky
And that's what eyes will see
Tho' she's been loving on the sly
Her eyes are telling me...
