Between My Ribs

It's somewhere between my ribs,
A throbbing bird has been caught
And makes it so hard to breathe
And spreading its wings to fly.

It's somewhere inside my chest,
A rainbow without rain.
So longing to reach for you,
So colourful in the sky.

The way that you make me feel,
How can I describe in words?
My blood that would burn and race,
Could anyone trace its way?

A poem without rhymes.
A feeling without words.
Would you really know the truth,
If you could just read my mind?..

Very nice and deep poem. At least more understandable language than De or Fr for me. Is it right to say "A rainbow without no rain"? Seems if you say "without" it is not necessary to use "no" again.
Kind regards, A
