One million dollars

 ...

I'm empty-handed, naked.
I brought you freedom.
Take it.

 ...

I feel like stupid frame
Around my own heart,
Forgotten in the woods,
Some place I do not know;
Them silly birds -
They come to whatch it glow,
And then, they sing their songs,
And then,
The morning starts.

 ...

I'm curious, I'm spoilt:
I touch the things, I taste them;
I turn them into words,
I make them sound.
I waste them.

 ...
This rain is a virtue,
This mist is a must:
It shelters your future,
It covers your past.
Your are what you seem,
And the rest is untrue;
But one little thing,
Which is always with you.

 ...

The spring has come around
Where redwood trees are dwelling -
So routed in their ground,
So proud to exist.
But, deep down at their feet
A Lilly-of-the-valley
Is waiting to be found,
And picked,
And smelled,
And kissed.

 ...

Look at the sunset:
Purple scarf up there.
Upon your shoulders
It softly will descend.
And, as it makes you warm,
Be careful not to tear,
'Cause it is made of cloth
No human hand can mend.
