Summer Rain

Let the story go on like in a movie.
Let my loneliness be a part of your play.
Every dream is nothing more… more than illusion.
I wanna sing, but why should I pray?

Outside it’s empty, but inside it’s cold.
There is no one I can ever hold.
I’m walking on the rainy streets of love
I catch the tears from the sky above.


This summer rain
Will put a smile on my face.
This summer rain
Will clear up all of my days.

And I know – there’ll be the glowing sun
With the light getting through.
For so long I thought you were the one.
I’m not sure it is true.


Go and never look back, don’t ever warn me.
I will always be wrong, ‘cause you’re always right.
There’s no comfort in this world full of seclusion.
But anyway I’m not gonna fight.

I cannot turn the water into wine.
It’s more unreal, girl, to make you mine.
There is a way, so there must be a will.
But now it’s not what I want to feel.
