Drawings Upon the Snow
The city is vamp
Sucking off my power,
Stealing my life time.
But, it would never steal my Self.
Park is asylum inviting
For coming here beneath the gray skies.
Signs on a crumbly snow
Pleasure my Self relaxing, staying
With the best ones living in my mind
Whom I know.
The crooked trees don’t care about
Monkey business and squirrel cages,
As they hold themselves sun lamps in their hands.
Green grass is kept asleep under the snow
So tender that I can feel
Melting warmth for my palms.
Wrapped in white, pond is dreaming peacefully
Of summertime to mirror the trees,
And twigs are tearing, hoping for
Spring to grow new green babies,
And I’m hoping for my own Spring will come soon.
Multiple floors are prepared so friendly
With these woody mushrooms
Welcoming any bug,
But snow piles only are still hosted there
For it’s not a time for hosting creatures yet.
Signs drawn upon the snow
Make it a puzzle but I don’t hunt,
I just love seeing signs of life non-stopping
Even though the snow is silent,
Listening to a seldom echo in the woods.
This looks like my own life.
Those
White paper sheets of snow
Scratch off my gloomy mood,
Making my mind peaceful,
Ready for my closest ones.
For I keep them in my mind and heart,
And LOVE.
