Asking for help

My eyes became dark
And big.
My plush bear is
Asking for help; That
I forbid.

I laugh away my problems
And sorrows
While my heart begs
To recognize its colors.

I rip my clothes
And my skin
From bloodless flesh of soul
But still, I see
No tears.

Unable to cry and
Escape my pain
I slowly die -
Colder day by day.

Lost in the blue sky
Shadows follow
Waiting
To get me.
But I look forward.

Lighter than the ocean wave
I stand there:
No one to blame.
I look around:
No one's there.
Only plush bear's
Asking for help.

The pep talks - I know them
By heart,
Though everyone leaves
So far.
When everything shatters
What matters?

They say I'll calm down,
Relax.
The darkness
Fills up my eyes.
But I
Can't be lost,
Can't be scared:
My plush bear
Is ripped
And asking
For help.
