Friendship is a simple thing,
But , of course, we ought to think,
What person we can call a friend
From the beginning to the end.
This person must be understand
And in the sea, and in the land,
My friend is dearer for me,
Then all the things, which I can see,
I’m always ready to defend
Herself, because her name - my friend.
And now she is far from me,
I cannot listen, cannot see
Her brown eyes, her clear voice
And in my mind there is no noise.
When I get up tomorrow,
I know, that friendship is strong,
Of course I have my little sorrow,
Of course I can’t finish my song.
