But you told me to stay.
I wanted to help
But you said it’s okay.
I wanted to shout
But you’d think that I’m crazy.
I wanted to leave
But I am what I’m facing.
You told me to stop
And you told me to live.
It’s getting so hard
Not to know how I feel.
It’s being a torture,
It’s all a mistake,
I wanted to leave
But you told me to stay.
And I cannot move,
I’m stuck in one place:
Too close to let go,
Too far to embrace…
But soon I’ll be free,
I’ll fly far away!...
But could I escape
If you tell me to stay?
