Out of all harms of life, it is clear,
There is hardly a more difficult task
Than, once put on your face, trying to wear
To the end your theatrical mask!
`Cause the play of this life is a challenge
That demands from the actors their best
At the point between manage and damage,
While nonchalantly trampling the rest.
