The Marine Ballad

Oh, well, there've been living the fisher' young pair
Just close to the blue endless sea.
He went for the fish and she saw off him there
With words of the waiting and plea.
So he kissed her cheeks at the parting sad day
And shouted through that blowing wind.
His shout was just stronger than fierce windy play
And she heard his words like a print.

Chorus:
       Lo-ley-lo-ley-lo...
       Sea has strength and power.
       Lo-ley-lo-ley-lo...
       But in spite of fate
       Lo-ley-lo-ley-lo...
       I'll come back, my lover,
       Lo-ley-lo-ley-lo...
       I'll come back just straight.

So one day he went to the far heavy route.
It was that one terrible day.
The sky split for thunder and made the big loot
With their little boat anyway.
There was just a horrible combat in trip
But that storm destroyed their boat.
And there was no exit in the hopeless deep,
And there was no chance for the float.

There no any news from the fishermen' team.
She waited for them more and more.
She prayed for the angels to save ever him
And threatened to spirits of floor.
But time has gone on... Days became pretty cute,
The wind blew from sea through the door.
And she realized that her mourning weren't suit,
It's no use to grive anymore.

There was one storekeeper from that local land,
Who followed her with greedy eyes.
And soon he deserved her affection and hand,
And took joyly her sacrifice.
Time pass on and on like the regular waves,
And washed grief and sorrow away.
But one day or night someone knocked to her place
By that soft irresolute way.

The poor creature stood there in rags,
He looked like a shadow of death.
He saved by himself in the mortal zigzags,
But now he kept silence with stress.
And then for a long time her pretty white face
Just set in a strangest fixed groan.
She fell to his chest with the tearful grimace,
And onle the wind sang their song...

Chorus.
