Ember
Past the shore of sand and salt
In the castle of icy rain
Dwells a numb one in cold
His blood is frozen from inside
The clad black sky absorbs the light
The liquid on his pale arms
Is sweet and bitter at the same time
I'm on my voyage to your warmth
Dissect the clouds, oh your call
Light me the way to where you are
Guide me forward my heart
For you I swore my bloody oath
I avenged any living soul
The earth was wailing under the sea of blood
I have left no one alive
It only seems my heart is dead
Can you feel what embers in my chest?
I am to learn to feel again
To rise the ember into a flame
I'm on my voyage to your warmth
Dissect the sky, oh your call
Light me the way to where you are
Guide me forward my heart
