Racism

My whole life
I felt like rat among mice
Like sock among shoes,
'Cause I'm black among whites.
Racists haunt me everywhere
Like I'm alien on Earth.
And I wish I didn't care
And I feel like I don't worth
The attention of my friends,
Most of them are really fake
I know everyone pretends,
But they think I'm a mistake.
My whole life
There was nothing left to do
There was nothing left to hide,
'Cause of everything I knew.
I remember who I am,
But I don't know what I'll be.
I don't want to be like them,
I don't want to be like me.
And those voices everywhere,
And those jokes the people make,
I'm not mad, 'cause I don't care
That they think I'm a mistake.
Nothing matters anymore,
Even colour of my skin.
I'll forget what I adore,
All I've heard and all I've seen...
My whole life
I was made to be a spot
On the bright background of white,
Like a single lonely shot...
