Do you remember,
You were a child,
The smell of ember
In chilly night...
We were as pure
As the driven snow.
Our lives were full
Of light and love.
As was expected
The peace may pass.

World is infected,
As frail as glass.
War only fades
To rise again.
It never changes.
We are insane!

We're playing, relying
On shelters...
But doom is near.
We living, betraying
Our scions,
They won't forgive...

Awaiting, reflections
Of actions as prophetic.
Preparing, taking aim
Our nukes at the enemy.

War was just a fever,
A malady.
But mass destruction
Broke the rules,
brings more seductions
To the fools.
We have our reasons
To fight:
oil, food, dry seasons...
May wake spite.
But if again,
War will give birth.
Unleashed hell
will burn the Earth.
