Winterday farewell
And northern wind was dry and freezing cold,
And nothing will continue – all is over
For us… We’ve die… For aye…
A winterday farewell’s so short ‘n’ bitter,
So close to me, but even far then stars,
Thy tender lips, thy eyes, which frozen glitter.
Who is to blame, that nothing left for us.
And diamond snowflakes melted on lashes,
All wards we had to say – already spoken,
A candle of our love has burnt to ashes,
All oaths that we’ve made – already broken.
So hold me tight, embrace me as a farewell;
Kiss me god-bye and stop my tears from flow,
More then eternity we used to be together,
But now in a lieu of us – two shadows on a snow.
