Welcome to the World of Dream!

I have my own date of birth,
I have a place to live - the Earth.
I like my native town,
But I want to see some others all around.
I know several tongues to speak,
I’d like the common one to seek.
Esperanto has the chance
To be chosen once.
Welcome to the world of DREAM!
I live at the time
When there are countries and wars,
Kings, Presidents and crazy laws.
When one is rich and the other is not,
I don’t appreciate the lot.
Everyone here is punished by money,
You must agree, it is not funny.
And it is under the Sun in 2003,
Isn’t it time to become free?
Of money and laws,
Of crown and boss?

Welcome to the world of WORD!
There is a word to forgive,
There is a word to believe,
There might be a language,
There might be a magic
Word or notion
To be heard over the ocean
And to be understood.
Welcome to the world of DREAM!
So we should and they would
Build the tower of Babylon
To live happily upon
In the perfect world of the perfect language,
To speak and understand at last we manage.
Let’s hope for this magic dream and magic world!
