Statue of Light

You’re a statue of marble
You’re just a piece of stone,
Without the only lurid trouble
You are so smooth and solid.

You’re a statue of ice,
Not very clear but cold.
But whether I hit you twice,
You’ll become a million of spalls.

You’re a statue of water –
Heated, unfrozen ice –
Your existence was constantly haunted
Being like pure, liquid glass.

You’re a statue of air,
I can feel you, cannot see;
I know you taking care
Of me, you’ll never leave me.

You’re a statue of light –
I’ve made you a spring of shining.
I and you, we have wings, let’s fly
To where our love is running!
