Anger
(personified as one of the mortal sins)
We feel something towards everything we see,
We have emotions: love and hate, content and ire.
But sometimes brought to anger we may be
Over but nothing, and by those who we admire.
Why do we feel emotions that so much
Damage our souls and onto others bring suppression?
The Law of God since ancient times is such
That all your sins may be forgiven in confession.
A life without sins is surely odd,
Occasionally everyone may be mistaken.
Be angry not to stop the wrath of God.
Assure by godly deeds your soul’s to heaven taken.
And should you to these wise words pay no heed,
You’ll feel the wrath of God himself, behold his power.
And watch your every step, your every deed,
So when the Day of Judgment comes you will not cower.

I don't think that it's hard to avoid anger. There's such a thing as anger management =)
