I dreamed of Africa отрывок
Breath-taking reign of fire,
Horizon-borderline of ancient secret genes,
The mother of druids,
Inventing every piece of life on Earth,
Eternity messiah giving birth,
Reflecting on the nature's goodness gifts
From little cells to undiscovered organisms
Simplicity mosaic architecture, spirit breeze.
I’ve drawn in her beauty. Holy Peace.
Across the ocean of imaginary trace,
Unwelcomed stranger, I disturb the place…
My footsteps were heavy, my heart was unsure,
I tread on her soil that has been so pure,
For eons of time, since the dawn of life,
Where the sun is fierce, and the world is rife.
But as I journeyed through her lands,
I felt the touch of her mother’s hands,
Guiding me gently through the wild unknown,
A place where the magic has always been grown.
I dreamed of Africa, a land so truly vast,
A place where legends were carved to last,
A paradise of nature, so pure and raw,
Where the elephants roam and the lions roar.
I saw her people, so proud and strong,
Their voices rising in an ancient song,
Their faces were etched with their stories old,
Of the battles fought and the victories bold.
I dreamed of Africa, a place of grace,
Where love and life were intertwined in space,
Where every breath is a prayer of thanks,
For the beauty that surrounds it and the strength it banks.
And as I leave her shores forever behind,
I carry with me a memory kind,
Of a land that has taught me how to be free,
And showed how to prosper and to truthfully see.
